Ingredients
Fresh Raw Tuna, 2 Cups
Fresh Lime Juice, 3/4 Cup
Cherry Tomatoes, 1 1/2 Cup
Cucumber, 1 1/2 Cup
Maika`i Coconut Milk, 1 1/2 Cup
Directions

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh raw tuna, diced (ahi or any type of white fish)
  • 3/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1 1/2 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 cup Maika`i Coconut Milk or cream

 

Directions

  1. Cut the fish into small cubes.
  2. In a bowl, combine cherry tomatoes and cucumbers.
  3. Add fish and fold into other ingredients.
  4. Add lime juice and salt & pepper; let mixture sit for a few minutes.
  5. Add the coconut milk and fold into other ingredients; let sit for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Serve with rice.
